We have full-time staff with a certified bookkeeper/ accountant, carpenters, general helpers, and our own service vans to keep costs down and eliminate outside contractors. In addition, we have our own construction equipment such as backhoes, bucket loaders, dump trucks, dump trailers, zero turn mowers, and compactors. Our shop is fully equipped so we can repair anything including screens, doors, windows and more. Together, with our office staff and experienced contractors, you can rest assured we will maintain your properties at the lowest cost possible while ensuring your properties value with the necessary upkeep.

Our rental division offers apartments, condos or seasonal rentals throughout Maine’s Mid-Coast area and beyond. We want all our tenants to be comfortable which is why our tenants are our number one priority.
